ANDERSON, Circuit Judge. Defendant William H. Wall, Jr., appeals from his conviction and sentence on six counts of bank fraud. He argues that the district court erred in failing to dismiss several counts resulting in bank fraud convictions as multiplicious, and in failing to dismiss a superseding indictment entirely because it demonstrated prosecutorial vindictiveness. We affirm.
